The  Arkansas Florists Association celebrates its 66th annual convention August 17-19, 2018,  at the Hot Springs Convention Center in beautiful Hot Springs Arkansas. 

Highlights of the weekend’s incredible agenda include:  

Competitions:  There are two competitions:  the Arkansas Cup and the Mid America Cup 

Design shows: 

• “Designing Outside the Lines, A Fresh Look at Everyday” with Jackie Lacey AIFD, CFD, PFCI; Stacey Carlton AIFD CFD & Renato Sogueco of Bloomnet 
• “Intrinsic” featuring Darla Pawlak AIFD PFCI
• “Breathtaking Wedding Bouquets” featuring Jacob McCall AIFD, CFD, AAF, FSMD 

Hands- on Classes:

• “Making a Ruscus Lei” featuring Melanie Pentecost AIFD, CFD, AMF and Alison Hobson AIFD, CFD, AMF
• “Garden to Table - Floral Beauty for Today’s World” featuring Chris Norwood AIFD, AMF, PFCI

Business Sessions: 

• How to Petal it Forward: Building Visibility for Your Business, Jenny Scala of SAF 
• Creating Continuous Social Media, Renato Segueco of Bloomnet 

A Trade Market, President’s Reception, Vendor appreciation breakfast and a President’s Banquet round out this action-packed weekend!
