The 2017 Louisiana State Florists Association annual convention is March 11 & 12 in Opelousas, LA.

LSFA has scheduled three hands-on workshops:

• Dr James M DelPrince PHD AIFD, PFCD, "Basic Techniques With a Twist"
• Samantha Bates AIFD, "Fabulous Floral Crowns" 
• Alan Masters AIFD CFD, "Let's Get Wired"

Plus two main stage demonstrations - "Floral Meets Fashion" and "Star Worthy Wedding Work on a Mason Jar Budget". 

As usual there is also a vendor fair and Designer of the Year competition.
