The Utah Professional Florist Association (UPFA) is pleased to announce their 2012 Annual Flower Expo will be held at the Radisson Hotel Downtown Salt Lake City. This year's expo features hands-on design programs, design challenges, a trade fair, and keynote speakers. Please note that Utah Certified Floral Designer Hands-On Testing will be held on the Friday night before the Expo.
