The Utah Professional Florist Association (UPFA) is pleased to announce their 2013 Annual Flower Expo will be held at the Ogden Hampton Inn & Suites, part of the Ogden Eccles Conference Center in Ogden UT.  This year's special keynote speaker and Emcee is Shelly Huyhn, AIFD, CFD. Shelly will be presenting this year's theme, Innovation. Please note that Utah Certified Floral Designer Hands-On Testing will be held on the Friday night before the Expo.
