We offer a free trial version and encourage all potential users to try it out. Unlike some of our competitors we want to make sure you know exactly what you are getting. And don’t worry - the information you enter into your free trial version will be imported into your full version so you don’t have to enter it in again.
We want you to be absolutely certain that FloristWare is right for you. If you have any questions at all about pricing, compatibility with specific wire services or existing hardware or enclosure cards, etc. please be sure to ask.
Many of our users are switching over from other POS systems and want to import existing customer data into FloristWare. If this is something that interests you we will need you to export a sample of your customer data and send it to us. We’ll then get back to you with a detailed report on what we can do with the data.

Once you have completed the survey and selected a payment option you will be contacted by our Support department. They will begin the process of installing the full version, converting your existing data and configuring everything to work properly in your situation. This is all done remotely.
Our Support department will contact you to schedule training. Many users don’t require it but we like to be sure everyone has a good understanding of the system.
